Tim has over 30 years of finance and commercial experience in residential and commercial developments both in the UK and internationally, with particular expertise in offices, hotels, hospitality, leisure and major retail centre projects. Tim ensures that financial controls are in place to ensure successful project delivery to the budget and to the timescales agreed.

We only used Radiant for the design and supply of the system. Currently it is running on a remote biomass boiler as part of a district heating system. When the RHI on the pellet boiler expires,we intend to replace it with individual air source pumps, which may get more efficient as time goes on, or if feasible, a bore hole and large ground source pump to replace the biomass boiler. The system works faultlessly . Thanks.
